Absolutely, our santa’s grotto is inside so is weather proof, please note our food and outdoor market is outside so please do wrap up warm!
All tickets booked are non-refundable, we can accept requests for change of date / time but the request must be made 24hr’s beforehand, our team will try our best to accommodate your request for a new slot but we do have limited availability.
We are located in Unit 15, St Patrick’s Woolen Mill’s, Douglas - link to map here.
The entrance to the grotto will be clearly signposted and parking available on site.
We have parking on site, some of it is free and some of it is paid, please pay attention to the parking signs.
When you arrive at the mill’s please follow the road right around to the back where you will find extra parking.
We love your furry friends and would love them to be part of the Magical Experience, we even have pup cup’s on site. We ask that dog’s MUST be kept on the lead at all times, and please ensure they are pre-booked on your family ticket. Please do bare in mind that this event will be busy with lot’s of music, entertainment and little people, so please do ensure this will not be overwhelming for your furry companion.
Staff reserve the right to ask anyone with a badly behaved dog to leave, and refuse entry
Please come on down, you do not have to buy a ticket and you can go straight to our Outdoor Market to enjoy our food, drink’s and Christmas cheer! Please note NO entry will be permitted to the Indoor Grotto or Santa Experience without a paid ticket.
Yes you are most welcome to take your own photos around the christmas experience, however please note only professional photos can be taken in the grotto itself, during the santa visit, we will have a photographer on hand to snap your magic moment!
We do our absolute best to accommodate everybody, if you have special requirement’s for your family, such as wheelchair access, or would even like to request a private quiet slot, please do email us Santalandcork@gmail.com and our team will try to help.
